Self-confidence is how they can make decisions . True entrepreneurs look for ways to make ideas work, while regular people focus on why they won't work. Successful entrepreneurs always look for ways to grow their ideas far beyond their own capabilities. Entrepreneurs are not afraid to try new things and be different. Regular people tend to be conservative and seek social approval.
